Payment of the deposit is acknowledgement and acceptance that you are entering into a contract with the artist and are bound by the terms and conditions

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all bridal bookings via bank transfer

Deposits for all other services will depend on the service requested

The remaining payment can be paid in cash on the date of the event or via bank transfer two days prior
Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation of your booking will forfeit any deposits made

Deposit is non-refundable but transferable if given 4 weeks’ notice due to event cancellation

Deposit will not be transferable due to illness such as covid-19

If you would like to book another date then a new deposit must be made to secure that date
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for deposits or completed makeup applications.
Bookings
Touch ups for the bride and bridal party are subject to availability and are priced at $150 per hour.
Early Morning Starts
Early morning start fees before 7am will apply and are priced at $50 per hour.
Travel & Parking

Travel is available for a minimum of 3 services

Bookings with less than 3 services will incur a call out fee of $50

Travel fees are calculated from Deanside, VIC 3336

Parking fees and valet fees (for the artist and assistant if required) will apply if no free parking is available close to the getting ready location
Assistants
For events where the time to complete makeup and hair is limited, an assistant(s) may be required. Each assistant will incur an additional $150 call out fee, plus travel fee depending on the distance from the assistant’s home. Please discuss this with us to confirm prior to booking. The extra assistants will allow us to work on multiple people simultaneously and have your group ready more quickly.
Liability

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sterilised between each makeup application

Disposable makeup applicators will be used where possible

All medical conditions, allergies and sensitivities must be disclosed to the artist prior to makeup application

Client agrees to release the artist Makeup by Lyna/Lyna Nguyen and all employees from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions

The artist is held harmless towards any claim, loss, damage or injury, either directly or indirectly from the artists’ performance
